Cancellation/Refund Policy

New members have a three-day right of rescission, during which they can cancel their membership without penalty. If the cancellation occurs within three days, Revolution Group Fitness will refund all amounts paid, except $45 for facility usage during that period. To cancel, new members must provide written notice to Revolution Group Fitness either in person or by email.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

This arbitration provision survives the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Class Action Waiver

Arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will be conducted on an individual basis, and class arbitrations or representative actions are not allowed. The parties agree that claims can only be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class or collective proceeding.

Revolution Group Fitness (RGF) and its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services, and related graphics on the site. RGF and its suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Termination/Access Restriction

RGF reserves the right to terminate access to the site or any services at any time without notice.
