Amy's journey took a crucial turn when she began focusing on nutrition and the science of food combinations, and it was then that she fell head over heels for the transformative power of a holistic approach to health.

Driven by her newfound passion, Amy pursued her certification as a personal trainer and took her commitment to the next level by competing in two Figure Bodybuilding Competitions. These experiences not only solidified her expertise but also honed her discipline, perseverance, and dedication to the art of physical transformation.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Amy understands that every individual embarks on their fitness journey from a unique starting point. Her diverse background, both in her personal journey and professional pursuits, equips her with the knowledge, empathy, and wisdom needed to guide clients toward their fitness goals.

Julie is a retired Air Force veteran and a proud mother of three athletes. Her personal journey toward a healthier lifestyle and her passion for helping others achieve the benefits of health and wellness inspired her to embark on a second career.

Julie's relationship with fitness began during her Air Force career when she faced the challenge of regaining her previous fitness level and losing weight after her third pregnancy. She found herself driven by the desire to overcome these obstacles, especially after encountering a fitness test setback. Her fitness journey commenced with running, not only to regain her shape but also because she fell in love with the activity. Running paved the way for boot camp-style workouts, strength training, and spinning.

Following her retirement from the Air Force, Julie decided to transition her passion for health and wellness into her second career. In 2022, she obtained certification to teach Spinning classes, and by 2023, she achieved NASM certification as a personal trainer. Continuously committed to her own education, Julie's mission is to empower and coach her clients comprehensively in health and wellness.

Julie's true passion lies in sharing her profound love for fitness with others and assisting them in developing self-assurance both in the gym and within themselves. Her greatest joy in the fitness realm is witnessing her clients conquer challenges and achieve feats they once deemed unattainable.

Brittany, a dedicated fitness professional with an impressive track record of over a decade in the industry. Brittany’s journey began with a burning passion for fitness and a relentless commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Armed with a Master's degree in Exercise Science, Brittany’s specialization lies in strength and conditioning. She is proud to hold certifications as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer, which allow her to provide clients with the highest level of expertise and guidance on their fitness journey.

Brittany’s mission is clear: to guide clients towards better health through safe, structured workouts that are tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. She understand that every individual is different, and is committed to crafting fitness solutions that are both effective and sustainable.

In addition to fitness training, Brittany offers comprehensive services that extend beyond the gym. Nutrition coaching, goal setting, and lifestyle advice are integral components of her approach to ensure lasting, positive changes in clients' lives. Brittany’s holistic approach recognizes that achieving optimal health requires more than just physical exercise—it involves nourishing the body, setting achievable goals, and making lifestyle choices that support overall well-being.

Beyond her role in the fitness world, she also serves as an Assistant Principal at Indiana Gateway, an online academy. In her free time, Brittany is an avid traveler, exploring new horizons and cultures. She’s also a passionate beginner in the world of pickleball, always eager to take on new challenges both inside and outside the gym.
